Our Steps

Communication is king. Here is a brief overview of how we work with our clients. 

First CONTACT

Just fill out the form on our CONTACT PAGE and we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible. We will then organise a site meeting to chat in person.

DESIGN

Our team comes highly recommended, however if you already have designer and plans, we are more than happy to work with them to realise your vision. 

PRELIMINARY COSTS

Whether you have your own existing plans or our design team has developed concept drawings through the design stage, we will draw up and estimate costings to ensure your ideal home fits the reality of your budget.

WORKING DRAWINGS

Once the concept plans are accepted and agreed on, we will then get the working drawings underway. These are the drawings which will be submitted to council for consents.

QUOTE/FIXED PRICE

We will further refine your estimate by obtaining fixed quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers using your council approved plans. From these, we present you with a fixed price contract that we can stand by 100%, and you can feel secure knowing your budget won’t change during the build.

CONSTRUCTION

We believe communication is critical to a successful project so throughout the job we will be communicating with you ensuring you are fully up to date with every part of the experience.

COMPLETION

Your home has passed all inspections, all of the payments have been made and the keys handed over to you. Happy days.
